This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - IVF, located in Ahmedabad & Mumbai

Key
Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

  • Drive sales of specialized diagnostic tests & panels for the IVF and fertility segment (Genetic, Hormonal, Infectious, Immunology-based tests).
  • Identify and onboard new IVF centers, fertility clinics, gynecologists, and andrologists.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers – IVF specialists, embryologists, lab directors, and clinic management.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, scientific discussions, and service-related interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market Research
  • Strong understanding of the IVF industry and related technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
