Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and professional Growth Hacker to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with over 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, marketing, or customer engagement. As a Growth Hacker, you will drive the growth of our fintech certification courses and the LMS platform by implementing creative strategies, engaging with potential clients, and continuously improving our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth Hacking Strategies:

Implement creative and innovative growth hacking strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.•

Data-Driven Decisions:

Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and make informed decisions.Outreach and Engagement:

Identify and engage with potential clients: MNCs, educational institutes, corporates, and other organisations to promote our fintech certification courses and LMS solutions.•

Customer Engagement:

Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions that align with their requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.•

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct competitive scans, market dipsticks, and analyze trends to inform business development and marketing strategies.•

Product Enhancement:

Provide feedback to product teams to improve existing features and develop new functionalities based on customer input.•

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with marketing to design and implement strategic plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.•

Customer Relationships:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and providing excellent service.•

Pitch Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and promote suitable products.• Gather current marketplace information on pricing, products, and delivery schedules.• Create value propositions that differentiate from competitors.• Meet with decision-makers and provide information about our fintech courses and LMS platform.• Perform product demonstrations and training as needed.• Negotiate prices and construct pitches and presentations.• Respond thoughtfully and competitively to all RFPs.• Stay current on new developments in fintech education and learning management technology.

Education and Experience:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Education, or a related field is preferred.• Background in business-to-business (B2B) sales, marketing, or customer engagement is beneficial but not required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing.• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, including spreadsheets and databases.• Strong negotiation skills.• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.• Ability to think creatively and implement innovative growth strategies.
