We operate across the US, India, and UAE, supporting remote-first teams with AI-driven sourcing, interviewing, and payroll infrastructure.We’re looking for a Finance Lead to build, clean, and scale our finance operations — from accounting and reporting to liquidity and banking relationships. This is a hands-on role that will evolve into a Head of Finance position within 12–18 months.Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & ReportingLead and train the internal accounting team (QuickBooks)Set up accurate financial books, P&L, and balance sheets from scratchClean and reconcile two years of legacy financial data and spreadsheetsMaintain consistency across multiple entities (India, US, Dubai)2. Financial Planning & AnalysisDevelop consolidated monthly financial reportsTrack company-wide budgets and approve spendsForecast cash flows and operating margins across verticals (B2B, B2C, EOR)Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory norms across jurisdictions3. Treasury & BankingManage global banking operations and intercompany fund transfersBuild and maintain banking relationships for credit, overdraft, and liquidity linesWork with founders to secure financing, optimize FX conversions, and manage reserves4. Leadership & ControlsCreate spend control systems and finance SOPsApprove founder payouts, team reimbursements, and incentive disbursementsCoordinate with external CA, legal, and compliance partnersMentor and upskill the internal team on modern financial operationsRequirements6–10 years of experience in finance or banking (preferably ex-banker or fintech background)Strong command over QuickBooks, Excel/Sheets, and financial automation toolsExperience managing multiple entities or holding companiesDeep understanding of fund flow, compliance, and taxationImpeccable written and spoken EnglishHindi fluency to manage and train local accounting staffM&A experience with a stronger focus on finance, fundraising, and capital-related activities.Comfortable with hybrid work — maximum 3 days/week in HyderabadPreferred BackgroundChartered Accountant (CA) / MBA in FinancePrior exposure to global startups or cross-border financial opsDemonstrated ability to secure loans, manage investor relations, or negotiate banking linesSalary Budget (CTC)₹18–26 LPAAdditional Benefit: Mediclaim + Performance Bonus + Equity (optional)Head of Finance within 12–18 months
