Assistant Manager - Finance - Agri-Tech Startup- Hyderabad Job Summary: A leading Agri-Tech Startup company is keen to hire a Semi Qualified CA / MBA with 4+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis. They are also responsible for financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and preparing MIS reports. This role requires detail-oriented, analytical, and a finance professional with a strong accountability. Through its protected agriculture products, it empowers smallholder farmers to improve productivity and sustainability. Location: Hyderabad Reports To: Finance Manager Roles & Responsibilities Compile, analyze, and present accurate monthly MIS reports for management. Perform financial planning & Analysis, variance analysis against budgets and actuals and provide actionable insights. Assist in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements & its compliance and Audits Manage and maintain books of accounts of overseas entities in QuickBooks/Zoho Books Provide Month-end reporting, variance analysis and Monthly business review decks Identify opportunities for automation of financial and operational reports. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement new tools. Analyze financial data and develop financial models to support business decisions Support the FP&A through end-to-end finance transformation –Automation of reporting across the organization Requirements: Semi Qualified CA/MBA with 4+ years of relevant FP&A experience. Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Strong communication and analytical skills to coordinate with senior management. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and MIS preparation. hands-on experience in Quickbooks, ZOHO books. Ability to work independently and manage the team in a fast-paced environment.
