Must Have: - 12 years of overall experience with 8 years on ServiceNow - Experience leading FSO module deliveries - Ability to translate finance processes into ServiceNow workflows - Strong design, solutioning, and review capabilities - Experience managing finance transformation projects using ServiceNow - Ability to optimize RTR, OTC, and Tax workflows for efficiency and compliance Good to Have: - Audit and compliance knowledge - ITIL 4 certification - Experience with finance analytics and dashboarding for leadership reporting - Understanding of global finance regulations (e.g., SOX, IFRS) Roles & Responsibilities (Short): - Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow FSO modules and finance workflow implementations. - Translate financial processes (RTR, OTC, Tax) into scalable and automated ServiceNow solutions. - Design, review, and validate workflow architecture, integrations, and configurations. - Drive finance transformation initiatives by improving process efficiency, compliance, and automation. - Collaborate with finance, audit, and compliance teams to align requirements and ensure regulatory adherence. - Support dashboarding and analytics for leadership insights into financial operations. - Ensure best practices are followed across solution design, testing, governance, and documentation.
