The team manages security master records, valuations, corporate actions, and proxy voting. Members collaborate closely with Trading, Compliance, Client Service, Technology, and external vendors to maintain data integrity. Joining this team offers exposure to global investment operations, opportunities to innovate, and a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. You will maintain and update security reference data across accounting and order management systems. You will follow valuation policies and ensure compliance. You will process pricing, corporate actions, and resolve data exceptions. You will liaise with vendors, traders, and custodians to solve complex challenges. You will manage proxy voting and coordinate with legal and front-office teams. You will communicate voluntary corporate actions and process them accurately. You will oversee benchmark providers and implement new data when needed. You will mentor new team members and support training. You will maintain valuation documentation for audits and inquiries. You will update analytics values and improve data quality frameworks. You will assist with testing, documentation, and process controls. 5+ years in equity, fixed income, or derivatives markets Strong knowledge of investment products and systems Background in back or middle office operations Familiarity with securities processing platforms and valuation inputs Strong analytical and mathematical ability Problem-solving skills for complex processes Experience with pricing, analytics, and corporate actions Excellent communication and teamwork Ability to work independently High attention to detail Work Shift Timings - 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST Experience our welcoming culture and reach your professional and personal potential Our culture is shaped by our diverse global workforce and strongly held core values.
