**Role Objective**:
Responsible to assist patients and families and to ensure that their experience is a positive one.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for patient registration, Admission & Billing
- Ensure that the patient and the family are comfortable during the first visit to the center.
- To handle follow-up non-clinical questions from patients, ensuring that all billing and accounting records are maintained properly.
- Update individual patient billing and update the same to the attender.
- To prepare and share daily reports as required.
- Maintain petty cash and disburse as per the policy guidelines
- Ensure daily/weekly updates are submitted on the expenses incurred
- Daily updation of patient details in HIS.
- Maintain the visits and services offered by visiting doctors and other specialists
- To assist in preparing monthly payouts for those services offered.
- Support the Centre Manager in all operational activities.
- Coordinate with external service providers (Lab, Radiology, Specialist) for requisition of sample pick up and handing over the same.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
