Job Title: Senior Business Recovery Specialist About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Recovery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in ensuring all front-line branches/regions meet short and long-term objectives, comply with key performance indicators (KPIs), and adhere to company policies. Key Objectives:Implement centrally defined business recovery policies and procedures across regions.Analyze the effectiveness of business recovery execution by conducting regular meetings with regional teams.Drive various initiatives aimed at improving business recovery outcomes.Evaluate progress toward targets related to collections, KONEPAY adoption, aged AR dues reduction, retention improvement, advance GL balances reduction, bank guarantee closures management invoicing claims & pending balance confirmations timely referral of customer accounts legal actions disputes resolution Cheque Drop Box implementation TR development file accuracy clearance Negative balances due date discrepancies Management analysis FSCM Customer Credit Assessment model Implementation invoice cancellations Credit Memos TAX Loss minimization support National Credit Controller on analyses initiation Collection Provision inputs FCS Analysis travel audit training recommendations corrective action plans monthly risk presentations identify opportunities provide solutions Troubleshooting credit control queries Support RFM RD TR Teams risks improvementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:A high level of expertise is required in implementing centralized policies effectively reviewing quarterly branch/region financials identifying areas for improvement leveraging knowledge from industry trends developing ad-hoc reports analyzing problems presenting comprehensive solutions coordinating enterprise-wide programs maintaining exacting records making technology-enhanced decisions interacting assiduously communicating professional intent amicably.
