Since then, we have expanded into Sole Selling services for Builders utilizing our expertise in advertising, branding, marketing, and sales. Our focus on "Guaranteed Results" has led to the successful sale of over 8,000 units in Pune alone. For Builders and Developers, we provide 3 types of services. 1. Sole Selling 2. Strategic Consultancy for Advertising, Branding & Marketing. 3. Consultancy for Project Planning, Floor Plan, Layout Plan, Amenities, Specifications etc.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing relationships with potential and existing clients ( Builders and Developers ) , and negotiating and closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating sales proposals.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
