About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and driven
Assistant Sales Manager – Enterprise Sales
to join our dynamic team at
Venera Connect
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B enterprise sales, excellent client engagement skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with enterprise clients and helping them leverage our CPaaS, Messaging, and Omni-channel communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise accounts across industries.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized communication solutions (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, RCS, Email, Chatbot).
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to drive strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
3 – 6 years of experience in
Enterprise / B2B sales
(preferably in SaaS, CPaaS, or IT/Telecom solutions).
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage with senior decision-makers and influence outcomes.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
