Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. This is an in-office role that combines sales coordination with managerial support. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, CRM management, lead follow-ups, assisting in training and monitoring the sales team, and coordinating between Sales & Marketing functions. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong customer-first mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to balance execution with team oversight. The right candidate would be on track to grow into the Sales Manager role within 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction, repeat business, and account growth.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting:
    Collaborate with the Sales Manager to analyze weekly performance metrics to deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Lead Management:
    Handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify interest, and ensure timely, structured follow-ups by self and the sales team.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
    Act as the bridge between Sales Manager and the team by leading daily huddles, sharing updates, and ensuring alignment. Conduct hygiene checks and provide timely reminders to ensure discipline.
  • Process Optimization
    : Identify and implement improvements in lead handling, pitch effectiveness, and closing techniques.
  • Training & Development:
    Actively participate in product knowledge, sales techniques, and system training sessions.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years in a Sales Support or Management role

  • Familiarity with email etiquette and Google Workspace tools
