Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Freight Forwarding sector, including Air and ocean freight services. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to formulate effective sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through continuous engagement and service excellence. Drive sales growth by identifying new prospects, developing leads, and converting them into long-term clients.Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry, including Air and ocean transportation modes. Understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and customs regulations. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and manage complex contracts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5-15 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within Freight Forwarding industry. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
