Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) applications and modules.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, and ACLs.
- Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics in ServiceNow.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment using Agile methodologies.
- Manage and maintain update sets, import sets, and transform maps for data management.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform performance and scalability.
- Contribute to ServiceNow platform upgrades, including support for SSO and system maintenance.
Work in a cross-functional, globally distributed team environment with minimal supervision.
Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow HRSD in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and HRSD best practices.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, JSON, REST, SOAP, and web technologies.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile development tools like Jira or Rally.
Experience developing and supporting global enterprise-scale ServiceNow instances.
Preferred QualificationsCertified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
