We are seeking two experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Administrators. These individuals will primarily support Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) initiatives, with flexibility to assist in ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules during emergencies or when bandwidth allows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD workflows, forms, and integrations.
  • Configure and customize HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR integrations.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with best practices.
  • Provide occasional support for ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules as needed.
  • Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with at least 3 years in HRSD (concurrent experience acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and integration methods (REST, SOAP).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Scoped Applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Science, Business discipline, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow certifications such as:
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, and GRC.

Work Environment:

  • Offshore-based role with remote collaboration across global teams.
  • Must be available during overlapping hours with U.S. Eastern Time Zone for meetings and coordination.
