Role Description

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administration and development skills in ServiceNow and hands-on experience integrating third-party applications with the platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that enhance business operations.

Key Responsibilities:


• ServiceNow Development & Administration

o Configure, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. o Perform system administration tasks such as instance management, upgrades, and user access control.

o Implement best practices in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.) o Develop and maintain Service Catalog, Workflows, and UI Pages to enhance the user experience.


• Integration & Automation o Design and implement third-party integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and API connectors.


• Work with external systems such as CRM, ITSM, and cloud platforms to facilitate seamless data exchange.

Develop and troubleshoot IntegrationHub and custom integration scripts.


• Incident, Change, and Problem Management


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes.

o Handle ServiceNow instance upgrades and patches while ensuring minimal downtime.


• Performance Optimization & Security

o Optimize workflows, scripts, and instance performance for efficient system operation.

o Ensure compliance with security policies and role-based access control (RBAC).

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.


• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or CSM modules.


• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other API-based methods.


• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Scripting.


• Experience working with ServiceNow Update Sets, Data Import, and Export functionalities.


• Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, ACLs, and user roles.


• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher (CIS, CAD)


• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or Custom Applications
