We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, optimizing content, managing orders, coordinating with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.), and ensuring smooth online operations to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:


• Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across e-commerce platforms.


• Optimize product content for better visibility, ranking, and conversion.


• Coordinate with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and handle vendor accounts.


• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability.


• Process orders, track shipments, and resolve customer queries.


• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.


• Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.


• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for digital campaigns and advertisements.


• Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and new tools.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce management, online sales, or digital marketing.


• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.).


• Good understanding of SEO, product ranking, and online sales strategies.


• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.


• Excellent communication and coordination skills.


• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
