We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, mentoring team members, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving business growth. Identify new business support Set sales goals and track progress on a regular basis. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives or account executives. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. unities and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about trends, competitors, and customer needs. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management. Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance reviews. Ensure CRM systems and sales pipelines are up-to-date and effectively utilized.

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
