Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at Exelon Hi-Fabs & Contractors located in Kochi. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the marketing team. The role also involves negotiating contracts, attending industry events, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Lead Generation
  • Contract Negotiation and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Aluminium Engineering and Fabrication industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
