Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to manage and nurture client relationships post-sales. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring that client needs are understood, addressed, and met throughout the post-sales process. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sales, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to service.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring they are met.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify potential areas for additional support or service.
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
  • Gather, document, and analyze client requirements to ensure that solutions are aligned with their business goals.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, workflows, and challenges.
  • Translate client needs into detailed functional requirements for internal teams, such as product development, operations, and customer support.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client requirements are met on time and within scope.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and deliverables to clients regularly.
  • Post-Implementation Support:
  • Assist clients with the implementation of products/services and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of company products and services.
  • Gather feedback from clients post-implementation to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients on project status, performance metrics, and outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions, requirements, and project details.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and streamline internal operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine products and services based on client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a client-facing, post-sales environment.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
