Job Description:

We seek an experienced FP & A Analyst to strengthen our financial decision – making and support our rapid growth. You will generate insights to guide our business strategy, deliver comprehensive FP & A, and evolve our financial modelling as we develop new offerings and services.

  1. Build and manage a long-term financial planning model to support strategic decision-making.
  2. Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives across Finance and the organization.
  3. Provide strategic financial expertise for pricing, investments, profitability, and unit economics.
  4. Prepare monthly MIS reports and quarterly board presentations with insightful commentary.
  5. Enhance reporting capabilities and establish an FP&A Centre of Excellence.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and cost analysis or Fresher CA can apply.
  • Background in establishing/improving effective policies and procedures, implementing cost controls, and monitoring ongoing expenditures
  • Experience in developing reports leveraging ERP systems
  • Demonstrable analytical and financial modeling expertise
  • A track record of identifying areas for improvement and driving operational efficiencies

 

Educational Qualification:

· Qualified CA / CFA / CMA

· Advance Excel
