Job Location:- Bhubaneswar, Odisha (Work From Office Only)


We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Bhubaneswar (Work From Office Only). The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business needs into technical requirements. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to drive business value through data-driven insights and process optimization.


Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

2. Develop and maintain process documentation and workflow diagrams

3. Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes

4. Create detailed functional specifications for IT solutions

5. Assist in the design and implementation of new business processes

6. Perform data analysis to support decision-making

7. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders

8. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions

9. Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes

10. Identify and propose innovative solutions to business challenges



Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field

2. 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

6. Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Lucid chart)

7. Knowledge of Agile methodologies

8. Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques

Preferred Qualifications:


1. Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)

2. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

3. Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

4. Understanding of basic programming concepts

5. Experience in the Data Privacy/ Product Management sector
