**Job description**


Inflexi Technologies is looking to Hire experienced Social Media Marketing personnel to join it’s Enterprise Solution Team to handle Social Media marketing for our oversees clients. Candidates Should be well versed with all digital marketing concepts and strategies and must have practical and proven knowledge about marketing in all the social media platforms as well as Google Ad words and other Internet marketing platforms.


**Role & responsibilities**


- Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.

- Developing engaging social media strategies.

- Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising.

- Managing social media platforms & scheduling social media posts.

- Engaging followers with regular client updates and Responding to the comments on social media on time.

- Monitoring social media metrics and ROI and Analysing social media trends.

- Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.

- Optimizing social media content effectively.

- Coordinating with Graphic Designer and other team members.

- Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

- Should be passionate about Brands and have an intrinsic interest in the category.


**Job Requirements**


- Proven experience in social media, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Paid Marketing, Campaigns, Advertising, Paid Media, and Copy Writing.

- Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram ads platforms.

- Strong understanding of how to create effective ad copy and target audiences.

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not compulsory.


**Preferred candidate profile**


- Proven work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position.

- Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs.

- Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.

- Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms.

- Exceptional team management skills.

- Outstanding proofreading and editing skills.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.

- Ability to write catchy content.

- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Outstanding brand awareness experience will be preferred.

- A keen eye for details.
