Job Description

As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategies and initiatives. This mid-level role is ideal for a marketing professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who is passionate about generating qualified leads, optimising campaigns, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute and refine strategies that drive demand and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid media, webinars, and content marketing.
  • Lead Management: Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring seamless transitions between marketing and sales teams, and optimising lead scoring and qualification processes.
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to create and promote high-value content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, blogs) that resonates with our target audience and supports demand generation objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Regularly report on key metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and apply insights to refine campaign strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and content teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives on revenue growth.



Requirements

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or additional certifications in digital marketing is a plus.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

Skills:
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience with digital marketing channels, including email, SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Account Engagement, Salesforce and Hubspot).
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in tracking and optimising campaign performance.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to marketing challenges.

Requirements
12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a B2B tech environment, including experience in directing a marketing department. Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive pipeline growth. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to present at the board level and inspire a team. Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels. Strong relationship-building skills and experience managing external marketing agencies.
