Responsibilities:
- As a Client Partner you will be responsible for entire revenue for the region.
- You are expected to be focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with Active clients, Inactive Clients, identifying new sales opportunities, Maintaining / Enhancing Product Partnerships and drive overall business growth in the region.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact from NICE for clients as an escalation point and will work closely with cross-functional teams i.e. delivery teams and practices teams to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow Active Clients
- Build / maintain strong relationships with key contacts including C-level executives
- Understand client’s business needs and work with Practices teams / Delivery teams to identify solutions that meet client needs
- Continue to identify new relationships within existing Accounts
- Identify themes that are in line with client priorities and pitch initiatives accordingly
- Drive Value Additions and Knowledge Sharing initiatives
- Anchor practices teams / delivery teams to drive POCs / Demos
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
- Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and manage account plans to drive growth and expansion
- Identify and mitigate risks in client relationships
- Continue to go after and maintain relationship with Inactive clients
- Continue to share NICE Solutions and Programs
- Continue to meet in person to talk about POCs / Demos
- Continue to offer value adds and knowledge sharing
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
- Identify new logo sales opportunities
- Identify prospects and develop strategies to pursue them
- Work with product partners as needed
- Drive and develop ABM as needed
- Inside Sales, RFPs routes to be explored
- Anchor and deliver proposals and presentations
- Stay Upto-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Drive, Maintain and Enhance Product Partnerships in the region
