Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our market presence, and establish strategic partnerships for our fashion brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion (Footwear), excellent business acumen, and a proven track record of success in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
3. Collaborate with senior management to set business objectives and goals.
Partnership Development:
1. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and distributors.
2. Negotiate and finalize partnerships, collaborations, and distribution deals.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including licensing, franchising, and wholesale.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
1. Manage sales teams to achieve quarterly targets.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
3. Analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
Marketing and Branding:
1. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop brand awareness campaigns.
2. Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and partnerships.
3. Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Operations and Logistics:
1. Oversee supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
2. Ensure efficient operations and cost-effectiveness.
Financial Management:
1. Manage budgets and forecast revenue.
2. Analyze financial performance and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
