Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Corporate Sales Manager to expand OTSO's footprint in B2B sales, focusing on corporate catering, institutional tie-ups, and festival gifting solutions. The candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling OTSO to a ₹100 Cr brand.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard corporate clients, co-working spaces, and institutional partners.
Drive bulk orders, office catering, and subscription models.
Plan and execute corporate gifting campaigns, especially around festivals.
Build and manage strong client relationships for repeat business.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, kitchen, and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
2–5 years of B2B / institutional sales experience (F&B, hospitality, catering preferred).
Existing network with HR/Admin/Procurement decision-makers in corporates.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building from scratch.

At OTSO, we're on a mission to make India fall in love with gourmet sandwiches, artisanal bakes, and wholesome food. As we scale towards becoming a ₹100 Cr brand, we're looking for a Corporate Sales champion to drive partnerships, bulk sales, and festive gifting.
