Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and target potential corporate clients relevant to industry including but not limited to gifting, HORECA among others.

● Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver customized gifting solutions that align with client needs.

● Building a Book of Business and drive revenue through the same.

● Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to drive profitability.

● Effectively communicate and present proposals, demonstrating the value proposition.

● Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.

● Prepare and analyze sales reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to track performance and optimize execution.

● Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and delivery of corporate sales solutions.

Desired skills and qualifications:

● 3-5 yrs of B2B sales experience (corporate gifting or allied industries preferred)

● Past experience in HoReCa sales is an added advantage

● Managed INR 5 Crore+ in annual sales

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Self-motivated and target-driven

● Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.

● Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
