Overview: The Sales Manager

Alternate Channel plays a crucial role in driving sales growth through alternative distribution channels. This role is instrumental in expanding the companys market reach and achieving sales targets through effective channel management and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue through alternate channelsIdentify and establish partnerships with potential sales channelsLead and manage the alternate channel sales team to achieve targetsMonitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvementCollaborate with marketing to create channelspecific sales and promotional strategiesNegotiate contracts and terms with channel partnersEnsure compliance with company policies and standards across alternate channelsProvide training and guidance to channel partners and sales teamStay updated with market trends and adjust sales strategies accordinglyResolve channel conflicts and customer issues to maintain a positive brand imageRequired Qualifications:
