
Sales Head – Module

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales, business development, and key account management for the Module & Cell Manufacturing division. The role requires strong industry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage customer relationships to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for module and cell manufacturing.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to drive strategic decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
- Drive negotiations and finalize contracts with key customers.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Management; MBA preferred.
- 12–18 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, module, or cell manufacturing sector.
- Strong network within the renewable energy / solar industry.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep understanding of solar module and cell manufacturing processes.
- Experience in managing large-scale B2B sales and long-term contracts.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
