Sales Head – Module

Role Overview:

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales, business development, and key account management for the Module & Cell Manufacturing division. The role requires strong industry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage customer relationships to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for module and cell manufacturing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to drive strategic decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
  • Drive negotiations and finalize contracts with key customers.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Management; MBA preferred.
  • 12–18 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, module, or cell manufacturing sector.
  • Strong network within the renewable energy / solar industry.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep understanding of solar module and cell manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in managing large-scale B2B sales and long-term contracts.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
