Role Overview:The Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales, business development, and key account management for the Module & Cell Manufacturing division. The role requires strong industry knowledge, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage customer relationships to achieve business growth targets.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for module and cell manufacturing.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.- Collaborate with the production, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to drive strategic decisions.- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals.- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.- Drive negotiations and finalize contracts with key customers.Key Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Management; MBA preferred.- 12–18 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy, module, or cell manufacturing sector.- Strong network within the renewable energy / solar industry.- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Willingness to travel extensively.Preferred Skills:- Deep understanding of solar module and cell manufacturing processes.- Experience in managing large-scale B2 B sales and long-term contracts.- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
