Job Description: Sales Operations Manager
Company Overview: We are a leading EV Charging Station Manufacturing company based out of US . Our dynamic team is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager to join us in optimizing our sales processes and driving growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our strategic goals through effective sales operations management and team leadership.
Position Overview: As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. You will oversee sales processes, manage sales data and analytics, implement sales strategies, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to achieve business objectives. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.
Compensation: $1200 + Huge commissions
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Process Management:
Develop and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices for lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
Sales Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management review.
Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
Identify opportunities for sales growth and optimization, including new market opportunities and product enhancements.
Sales Enablement and Training:
Ensure sales team readiness through effective training programs, sales tools, and resources.
Support the implementation and adoption of CRM systems and other sales technologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Coordinate with marketing to ensure effective lead generation campaigns and sales enablement materials.
Performance Management:
Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs, and goals achievement.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to sales team members to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Operations Manager or similar role, with a track record of improving sales processes and driving sales growth.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales operations team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
