Job Summary: Hexnode is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing reporting, sales processes, and Salesforce CRM, coupled with strong business acumen. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into sales performance.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to senior management and sales teams.
Sales Process Management:
Optimize and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and best practices.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales productivity.
Salesforce CRM Management:
Manage and administer the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and implement Salesforce enhancements and customizations to support sales needs.
Provide training and support to sales teams on Salesforce usage and best practices.
Sales Operations Strategy:
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales operations strategies.
Support the development of sales forecasts, quotas, and compensation plans.
Assist in the design and implementation of sales incentive programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align sales operations with overall business objectives.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales teams and other departments.
Business Acumen:
Apply strong business acumen to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Use insights to drive strategic decision-making and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, reporting, and Salesforce CRM management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficient in Salesforce CRM, with experience in administration, customization, and reporting.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Specific experience with Hexnode products and services is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the technology or software industry.
Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with other sales tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
