The Project Coordinator will support the PSG PMO team in managing project activities, ensuring accurate tracking, timely reporting, and smooth coordination across stakeholders. This is an excellent entry point for someone looking to grow into a project management career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
  • Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
  • Consolidate and circulate weekly status reports, meeting notes, and action logs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to follow up on deliverables and dependencies.
  • Support Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retros, sprint planning) by preparing agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Monitor risks/issues raised by teams and escalate to PMs when needed.
  • Help prepare materials for stakeholder and executive reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence, MS Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with multiple teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach in following up on tasks.
  • Interest in building a career in project management; PM training/certification a plus.
