Inside Sales Specialists

are the building blocks of this team. This person is expected to understand Digiaccel’s offerings and products and assess a match with different cohorts of learners basis their needs. Post this matchmaking, the specialist is expected to facilitate the choice for the learners through a smooth introduction and onboarding process. In essence, the Inside Sales Specialist is the bridge between learners and their potential digital careers. This person will be a part of the Digiaccel’s learner experience team and will be a key contributor to the mission of the organisation.

The Inside Sales Specialist will be working with the communication team and the product team to help build the learner pipeline and refine Digiaccel’s communication and offering for potential cohorts. This candidate needs to be adept at multi-tasking and playing different roles to enable success for learners and Digiaccel.

Responsibilities:1-1 Counselling with potential learners (hot leads) to understand their learning needs.Providing detailed information and query resolution regarding all coursesOnline/ Voice interactions with potential learners to assess needs and match tracks.Data management and analysis of pipeline progress and feedback.Building sharper insights to learner needs for the organisation.

Requirements:Graduate or Postgraduate with 1-3 yrs of work experience.Good articulation skills with fluency in English and Hindi.Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work with multiple internal and external teams.Intellectual honesty, passion for excellence and ability to collaborate.
