JOB DETAILS Will be responsible for aggressive selling of Corporate MICEGood product knowledge of outbound destinations for selling of Corporate MICE, MICE, Weddings, Leisure and Educational groups. Handle customer query and booking for exotic destinations Identification of Travel agents with MICE requirements and generating leads and enquires. Preparation of Destination proposals with direct negotiation with suppliers & various partners for competitive pricing. Handling & supervising key operations of the file with constant liaising with corporate, supplier and the internal team for a smooth process flow. On tour assistance to clients, special focus on events and conferences. Catering to the clients requirements during advance travel and on ground management of the groups. Hands on experience in event management, which involves identifying the target audience, devising the event concept, planning the logistics and coordinating the technical aspects before launching of an event. Adherence to company account system, payment follow-ups and timely file closures. Maintain credit policies in favor of the business and push increased cash flow through timely collection of dues from customers. Ensuring customer satisfaction with constant interactions and feedback session with client and associated partners. Generating revenue for unit with profitable file closures, upselling on files & timely payment collections. Maintain liaison with airline/ consultants/ tourism bodies. Attend workshop & seminars on product development, destination management, and process orientation programs. Monitor competitor's activities and engagements. Ensuring achievement of yearly business targets. Pre-planning of the sales pipeline and achieve sales target and GOP. Regular market visits to clients Handling corporate booking, B2ccustomers & B2B Agents with excellent product knowledge and customer service regarding a wide range of travel requests. Responsible for the budget and profitability of each booking sold by sales team; Works together with more suppliers, aligns them and is final responsible for their deadlines and quality of work; Is an active contributor with creative ideas, even from the design stage of the proposal and is actively searching for new solutions for clients from our portfolio. Acts as the main communication link with the client along the entire implementation period of the booking; ensure a prompt, clear and pleasant communication with all clientsin, local supplier inorder to deliver qulaity services; Taking care of on tour problems and escalation.
