We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commi I / II to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Ensure all food products are stored properly and used within their expiration dates.
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commi I / II in a reputable hotel or restaurant establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
