We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tandoor Commi I to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning menus and preparing dishes.
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commi I or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
  • Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens and refrigerators.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
