We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our dedicated sales team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge SaaS solutions in the B2B market.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organizations.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Track sales activity and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate leads


Requirements:


  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in SaaS/Corporate/Facilities industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
