Primary Responsibilities & Accountability:

  1. Measure potential of territory

  2. List all FMCG outlets (use TSI, PSRs/DSMs for listing).

  3. Classification of outlets.

  4. Make Route maps for optimum coverage.

  5. Retailing / Wholesaling.
  6. Manage distributors performance.
  7. Distributor claims handling.
  8. Achieving primary and secondary targets.
  9. Short-listing and recommendation of distributors.
  10. Reporting & resolving of grievances and consumer complaints.
  11. Implementing & settlement of schemes.
  12. Product availability, visibility and Merchandising.
  13. Distributor salesmen, SR and TSI activity monitoring.
  14. To ensure availability of adequate funds (BG/SD) and infrastructure at distributors point.
  15. Opening new outlets and its monitoring.
  16. Planning and utilization of BTL budgets.
  17. Reporting of competitors activities.
