Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance across multiple zones (Kurnool, Anantapur) to achieve targets.
- Develop and execute strategies for regional business growth through channel partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee territory sales management, ensuring effective coverage of assigned areas and meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive prepaid card adoption and increase revenue from existing customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in State Sales or Zonal Sales with a focus on General Trade, Channel Sales, Prepaid Sales, Territory Sales, Regional Sales, Area Sales Management, National Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Fintech industry dynamics and ability to work effectively within it.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
