Business Development Executive

Reports To: Managing Director
HYC Precision Engineering Pvt Ltd, a leading CNC Machining House, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our CNC machining services. This exciting role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and make a significant impact in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industries, including automotive, aerospace, and medical devices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are executed according to client specifications and delivered on time.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to shape competitive business strategies.
Flexible to travel domestically and internationally as required for client meetings, business development, and industry events.
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the manufacturing or CNC machining industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CNC machining technologies and processes is preferred.
CRM experience is preferred
