Designation: Customer Service Executive – E-commerce

Location: Fort

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM) from the office

Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service or a similar role

Industry: E-commerce

Job Overview:

We are looking for a well-spoken and customer-centric Customer Service Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should have experience handling customer queries over the phone and using CRM software to manage interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and resolve queries efficiently.

  2. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and CRM systems.

  3. Provide order updates, assist with returns/exchanges, and resolve complaints.

  4. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software.

  5. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth resolutions.

  6. Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain brand reputation.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in e-commerce).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

Gender- Female

Age- 19 To 27

Education- Any Graduate/ Diploma
