**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Customer Success Representative (CSR)** to support our teleradiology services. The CSR will handle calls from clients and radiologists, help to resolve issues related to scans or reports, and ensure smooth communication between Radiologist & Clients. Good communication and problem-solving skills, along with a calm and professional attitude, are essential for this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and manage incoming calls/messages from Clients, Technicians, and Radiologists professionally and promptly.
- Address scan, report, or technical queries in real-time, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
- Coordinate with radiologists to ensure proper case allocation, timely reporting, and follow-ups if needed.
- Maintain effective communication across all stakeholders to avoid delays or misunderstandings.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor when required.
- Maintain a calm, positive, and solution-focused approach during high-pressure or emergency situations.
Ø H.S.C Passed or Graduate.
Ø Rotational Week Off and Rotational Shift.
Ø Comfortable to work in Night Shift. (Male).
Ø Experienced in BPO will be welcome, Freshers can also apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
