A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and customers. The job requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure that customers are satisfied with the company's products or services. The main duties of a CSR include:
Handling customer inquiries: CSRs need to be knowledgeable about the company's products or services to answer customer questions and concerns.

Resolving complaints: If customers have issues with a product or service, CSRs must address the problem and find a solution to satisfy the customer.

Processing orders: CSRs take orders from customers and ensure that they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Updating customer records: CSRs keep customer records up-to-date by adding new information or changes to their accounts.

Providing product or service information: CSRs provide detailed information about products or services, including features, pricing, and availability.

Collaborating with other departments: CSRs work closely with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to provide customers with the best possible service.

Maintaining a positive attitude: CSRs must maintain a positive attitude and remain calm and professional, even when dealing with difficult customers.

Meeting performance targets: CSRs are often evaluated based on their ability to meet performance targets, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Overall, a CSR must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be committed to providing excellent customer service.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
