Preferred Experience : 2+ years in D2C marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

D2C Channel Optimization

  • Analyze customer data to create actionable segments.
  • Provide strategic insights to guide commercial content production.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute WhatsApp and email marketing calendars, with copy and artwork provided by the team.
  • Track campaign success, optimize flows, and draw actionable insights.

Engagement & Retention

  • Develop innovative ideas to engage customers.
  • Strategize to decrease abandoned checkouts and increase reviews.

Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize Facebook and Google ads.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to improve conversion rates.

Data & Reporting

  • Generate monthly marketing reports with insights.
  • Propose and implement tools/apps to enhance data collection.

Website Management

  • Oversee Shopify operations, including content updates, banner uploads, and blog postings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with content creators and copywriters for smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Maintain account and invoice records for managed platforms.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in: Shopify, Knack for Shopify Apps, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GoKwik, and Google Workspace.
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C brands through strategic marketing initiatives.


Additional Qualifications:

Technical Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Go Kwik).
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools like Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or Optimizely.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor edits on Shopify.

Analytical Proficiency

  • Strong skills in data analytics tools like Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) or Tableau.
  • Experience in A/B testing and using insights to inform strategy.
  • Expertise in understanding customer behaviour through analytics platforms.

Customer-Centric Approach

  • Experience in customer lifecycle management, including retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of brand storytelling and how to craft engaging content optimized for conversions for a D2C audience.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles for websites and marketing.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and strategies.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.
