This is or one of our Client who provides telecom services, data center services, cloud & managed services, transformation integration services, and application integration services.


Responsibilities

  • Alliance Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive alliance strategy; identify potential alliance partners aligned with the organization's business goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Develop a clear understanding of partner ecosystems and industry trends to identify mutually beneficial opportunities. Craft a partnership strategy that outlines objectives, target partners, value proposition, and expected outcomes.
  • Negotiation and Agreement: Lead negotiations to establish partnership agreements that outline roles, responsibilities, goals, and financial arrangements. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure that partnership agreements are comprehensive, legally sound, and beneficial to all parties involved.
  • Alliance Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of alliance partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and milestones. Regularly review alliance performance, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any challenges

Qualifications :

Engineering Graduate with MBA (Sales & Marketing) from reputed institute/ university preferably.


Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify long-term opportunities.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and legal agreements.
  • Familiarity with relevant industries, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Business Development and sales and project management skills and experience
  • Teaming, liasoning, relationship management, negotiation & business knowledge
  • Capability to lead and drive strategic deals across the entire opportunity cycle
  • Strong review and mentoring skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal), relationship building and collaboration skills


Experience:

18 years plus of experience in sales and marketing with at least 10 years in alliance partnership management.
