Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals. • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain skilled talent. • Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment. • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. • Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs. • Drive employee engagement, training, and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities. • Partner with senior management for workforce planning and organizational development. • Lead initiatives to build and sustain a strong organizational culture reflecting company values. • Supervise the HR team and provide leadership, coaching, and development. • Oversee HR systems, databases, and ensure accuracy in HR-related reporting. • Handle grievance mechanisms and maintain effective communication channels between management and employees. Requirements Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR or equivalent is preferred. • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or foundry environments. • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance requirements. • Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management. . Should read, write & speak Telugu, be comfortable in Hindi & English • Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
