Job OverviewGalleon Consultants seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to lead the company's HR strategy, workforce planning, and team management. This is a full-time hybrid role with partial remote work options.The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in human resources practices, strong knowledge of labor laws, and experience in performance management. They will collaborate with leadership to align business objectives with HR initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.Key responsibilities include driving HR strategy, leading and mentoring the HR team, managing end-to-end hiring, and running KRAs/OKRs and reviews. The successful candidate will also strengthen company culture, onboarding, and employee engagement, and manage payroll, HRMS, compliance, and documentation.Proven expertise in human resources practices, including HR policies and employee relationsStrong knowledge of labor and employment law to ensure compliance and mitigate riskExperience in performance management, including setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and ensuring employee developmentExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage a team across diverse functionsBachelor's degree or higher in human resources, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are a plus10+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position
