Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Mumbai.

  • Area Sales Manager, Mumbai
  • Area Sales Manager, New Delhi
  • Sales officers, Multiple positions across Mumbai and New Delhi

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing sales plans to meet company goals, managing relationships with retail partners, and monitoring sales performance. Responsibilities include developing strategies to increase market share, identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, managing a sales team, and ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

  1. Find distributors & stockist across Mumbai & New Delhi (NCR region) that can scale Nomi
  2. Work with distributors to ensure placement of Nomi products through sales officers
  3. Work closely with retailers to ensure placement and visibility of products
  4. Weekly billing reconciliation with distributors to ensure smooth sales operations
  5. Manage expiry of products and ensure pre-sales of products

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in managing retail partnerships and sales team management
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Market research and analysis skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
